Coaching sessions via Skype, Zoom and telephone
During a period like this, invariably the way we think and feel changes. We might find it difficult to communicate it to loved ones and friends. We could start becoming introverted and less productive. Some people experience loneliness. Other’s have a sudden loss of productivity as they are ‘working from home’. Common feelings amongst people include uncertainty about the future, feelings of being trapped or experiencing an increasing number of negative thoughts.
As our choices are very limited in terms of outdoors currently, some will experience 'cabin fever' and react negatively in conversations with others, when normally they would be more thoughtful and somewhat calmer.
